Our client was a repeat investor where we had previously purchased some medical suites. He was heavily focused on finding medical tenancies as he saw them as recession proof tenants.  We found this opportunity through our agent relationships and purchased it uncontested.  The property had a net lettable area of 541sqm and was occupied by QML with 8 years remaining on their lease providing strong security.  The site had excellent parking and is on a site of over 3,000sqm so had potential for future development/improvement to increase returns.
