A Beautiful Home:

The clients were ex-pats living in Finland who engaged our services to source and secure them a family home to reside in when they moved back to the country in the coming months. We found a suitable property which was being marketed online that we were able to negotiate and secure for them in a multiple offer scenario. During the process one of the clients had to fly to South Africa for work so a lot of our correspondence was done over email, phone call and whatsapp. Liaising with building, pest inspector, bankers and solicitors for the clients during this time really came in handy especially due to us operating in 3 different time zones. Whilst at times, this presented certain challenges we managed to get them through the process and through to an unconditional contract! The clients were happy with the outcome and mentioned that “they couldn’t have done it without us on the ground here to be their eyes and ears.”
