A Beautiful Home:
European couple with a young child wanted help to navigate their way through the purchase process. They had been looking for 8 months and were under bidders at an auction that we successfully bought. They subsequently approached us afterwards. We viewed a number of properties off market and within 3 weeks we ended up buying a property prior to auction. They were unfamiliar and inexperienced in the buying process and found that once they found the property they liked, were unsure of the best way forward.
