A Successful Investment:

The clients were a busy executive couple from interstate who engaged us to secure them a a property in Brisbane. After 8 weeks of searching, we managed to find a double block in Annerley with a pre-war character style dwelling. We knew the property would be in high demand due to it’s location/land size so we needed an aggressive approach to secure the property. We managed to get the job done due to having strong contract conditions as well as having previously having dealt with the sales agency. Post settlement we organised a few air conditioners as well as some internal painting to spruce the place up for tenants. Including these works and having the house cleaned our clients only had 6 days vacancy which was another great result and the property is now managed by PMC Property Management.
