A great family home:

Our client, a young doctor working on the Sunshine Coast was referred to us by a past client we had previously purchased for in a similar area. After searching for about 3 months with numerous off-market opportunities presented and inspected, we found a property in a section of Buderim which was our clients favoured position to live.
We sourced this property off-market and when the client inspected the property with us, they instantly fell in love with the house. We negotiated as part of the contract some added inclusions (including top of the range media room equipment & furniture).
Our clients were leasing a property at the time and as part of our negotiations we managed to secure them a 3 month settlement period providing them with enough time to move and not having to afford double lease/mortgage costs for more than a fortnight.
