For too long, buyers have lacked truly qualified support. In Australia the property market has been long skewed in favour of sellers. In 2014, Will Hosking and James Freudigmann founded PMC after years in the industry, witnessing too many buyers being disadvantaged in property transactions.
Home buyers face a vendor and their selling agent, highly trained, expert negotiators. Investors are constantly pitched off-the-plan apartments, remote house-and-land packages, high-yield mining town properties, or encouraged to purchase through their SMSF, often beyond their capacity. The need for independent, unbiased advice for both home buyers and investors has never been more pressing.

James Freudigmann
Co-Founder & Director
James’s goal of helping all his clients achieve success through property is evident from the very first conversation. He is devoted to his clients, has a passion for property and is transparent in all his dealings.
Property has been in James’s blood as far back as his Grandfather who was a commercial property developer, and since he was old enough to save a deposit, he has been in the property market himself.
One of the primary reasons he has pursued his career in property and furthered his study, was due to seeing so many property buyers enter a transaction with too much emotion having overlook the required due diligence to make an informed purchase.
James completed a degree in Property Economics, is a registered valuer and a qualified property investment advisor and since entering the Buyers Agency world in 2007, has been a State manager and National manager before forming PMC with his business partner Will Hosking in early 2014.
Outside of property, James loves getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the outdoors and “roughing it” by camping, hiking and 4-wheel driving. He also loves anything sport related and most of all, spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Our Full Search service provides end-to-end support, from creating a personalised Buyer’s Brief and sourcing on- and off-market opportunities, to assessing, inspecting, analysing and valuing properties, managing all liaison with agents, inspectors, legal and finance professionals, and executing the best negotiation strategy, guiding you seamlessly through to exchange and then settlement. There is an initial retainer / engagement fee to get underway with the search process and we are only paid our success fee once you successfully go unconditional on a property.
Appraise & Negotiate
Our Appraise & Negotiate service suits when a buyer finds a property they want to secure however they are looking for some professional guidance to get a successful outcome. Firstly our team assess the viability of the property falling within your budget, inspecting the property, completing full market analysis and due diligence, providing an estimated market value, liaising with inspectors, legal and finance professionals, and formulating and executing the best negotiation strategy, right through to pre-settlement checks and successful settlement. There is an initial retainer / engagement fee to get underway with the search process and we are only paid our success fee once you successfully go unconditional on a property.
Auction Representation
We offer expert auction representation, using proven strategies and in-depth market knowledge to bid confidently on your behalf and maximise your chances of securing the right property at the best possible price. For auction representation you will need to pay a one-off engagement fee, with a small success fee if you are successful with securing the property.
