St Leonards is only a very small suburb but it is bold, fast paced and centred around one of Sydney’s busiest and modern train stations. Above the station is The Forum building, with 38 stories of luxury apartments, and a further 27 stories in the West building, it dominates the local skyline. Surrounding high rise developments jostle for highly desirable far reaching City views. A commercial hub in its own right, with major Australian companies having selected St Leonards for their head office location. Home to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital and just 5km’s to Sydney CBD, St Leonards has cemented itself as a highly popular suburb with attitude.

The vast majority of St Leonards residents are full time working couples without children. Clearly ideal for professionals and young professionals, although high rise living can be popular with retiree’s looking for that convenient, low maintenance lock and leave City pad.
