Located at the base of Mount Cootha and only 8 kilometers from the Brisbane CBD, Chapel hill is an exceptional suburb to base a family in Brisbane’s west. Chapel Hill is an extremely family friendly suburb comprising almost entirely of standalone houses which make up 97.5% of the area. This is due to the spacious blocks, quiet leafy streets and surrounding education available. The amenities available to Chapel Hill locals are also excellent being only a short drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, a hub for retail, cafes and family friendly entertainment. The bus network throughout the neighborhood is excellent with frequent routes connecting locals to the nearest train station, to the University of Queensland or to local shops and cafes.

The government catchment primary schools are Chapel Hill State School or Kenmore state school depending on where in the suburb you are located and Kenmore State High School for secondary education. For private school education, St Peters Lutheran College and Brigidine College located in Indooroopilly and Brisbane Boys College located in Toowong are only a short drive away, as is the University of Queensland. The Wesley Hospital based in Auchenflower is also within a 15 minute drive.
