While working in the home loan department of one of Australia’s largest banks, Chelsea gained a comprehensive understanding of the importance of conducting due diligence before purchasing property or undertaking a project, and the subsequent financial benefits when these preliminary steps are done well. Her knowledge and skillset really compliment the property purchase journey which saw her transition into the buying space in 2021.
In addition to her work experience, Chelsea is currently studying a Bachelor of Property Economics at Queensland University of Technology and is always actively expanding on her knowledge.
