During her career in real estate sales, Annika realised that too many buyers lack access to the knowledge and experience that are so critical to buying property. She decided to move to the ‘other side’ and represent buyers instead, assisting them with what is arguably the most important financial decision of their lives.
With over six years’ experience on the buying side, her previous experience in real estate sales, an in-depth knowledge of the areas she works in, and her natural ability to relate to people, Annika understands what makes a good property, a good purchase, and a good deal. She also appreciates the enormity of the buying decision and works hard to find the right home, conduct the necessary due diligence, and negotiate a fair price.
Real estate is not just a job for Annika—it’s her passion. She has not only bought and sold several properties herself, but has also project-managed complete new builds as well as extensive renovation projects as part of her own investment portfolio. This experience, combined with her natural ability to match a home to a client’s lifestyle, allows her to find the ideal home every time, however long it takes.
Outside of real estate, Annika loves to travel, spend time with her husband and three teenage daughters, and socialise with friends.
