Our client came to PMC looking to buy a property for her daughter to live in while studying at Melbourne University. Based in Sydney and unfamiliar with Melbourne’s suburbs, she wanted a central location but wasn’t sure which areas would suit.
We organised a tour of eight properties across different suburbs and property types, giving her the chance to compare her options in person.
