    A Successful Investment:

    We secured the property at auction almost 20% below our clients limit.  Our team suggested that we go to auction instead of buying prior.  The primary reason for this was that during the campaign the agents had advised that there were conditional offers and we felt that given we could be unconditional, coupled with the sellers motivation, we felt we would get a better outcome at auction.  The property ticked all the boxes for our clients with almost a perfect amount of office space and located within a complex that provided them with good signage and exposure being in a good sized industrial complex as well as right next to the primary food outlet for the area.
