Tom Breen

Tom Breen was always destined for a career in property. Coming from a family deeply embedded in the industry, with a builder for a father and a mother who renovates homes, real estate has been a constant throughout his life. Having lived in 29 homes himself, Tom brings a lived understanding of property that goes well beyond the typical agent perspective.

With over 18 years of experience in residential sales, Tom brings strong negotiation skills, buyer strategy and market insight. His background on the selling side gives him a clear understanding of how agents think, how campaigns are run and how to position buyers for success across pre-market, off-market and auction opportunities.

Tom is known for his calm, practical approach under pressure. He cuts through the noise, communicates clearly and keeps clients informed at every stage, making what is often a stressful process feel more manageable.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys golf, spending time with his family and staying active.
