A Successful Purchase:
Max & Mina are first-home buyers who engaged with us in late November 2025, a time when the property market is traditionally quieter due to the Christmas and New Year break. Despite this, we identified an ideal home in Mansfield and attended the auction in mid-December. We chose not to bid on the day as the seller’s expectations were too high, but the property passed in and we stayed closely engaged with the selling agent.
After two weeks of patient negotiation over the Christmas break, Alex Wu successfully secured the property on New Year’s Eve. One of Alex’s most memorable transactions in his career as a buyer’s agent.
