Annika started her career in real estate sales, where she quickly saw how challenging the process can be for buyers without the right support. Wanting to make a real difference, she moved to the buying side to help people make confident, well-informed decisions when purchasing what is often their biggest financial investment.
With over six years’ experience as a buyers agent, along with her experience in real estate sales, Annika has a strong understanding of what makes a good property and a smart purchase. She knows the areas she works in exceptionally well, takes the time to really understand her clients, and is very thorough when it comes to research, due diligence and negotiations.
Property is something Annika genuinely enjoys, not just professionally but personally too. She has bought and sold several properties herself and has managed new builds and renovation projects as part of her own investment journey. This hands-on experience helps her see potential, avoid common pitfalls and match homes to the way her clients actually want to live.
