The clients were a young professional couple from Melbourne looking to relocate to Brisbane for work and take advantage of South East Queensland lifestyle. After approximately 6 weeks of searching we managed to find them a house in the sought after suburb of Red Hill. Knowing that the property would be in high demand we managed to secure the property before the very first open home. Straight after the first home the selling agent received other subsequent offers, higher than what our clients offer was which reflected the level of demand and lack of supply. Our clients both flew up individually to see the property post contract execution and were both extremely happy with the property outcome. Post settlement we also managed the keys for our clients as well as directing trades for painting, polishing floor boards before they moved up 1 month after settlement.
