We had been searching for several months for these clients and after having had to walk away from a previous property due to an unforeseen issue found at the building and pest inspection we managed to source and secure them an off market listing in Coorparoo. So that the same problem didn’t arise a second time we conducted the building and pest inspection prior to submitting an offer. Because our clients were buying the property with cash (no finance clause) doing it this way meant that we could submit a fully unconditional offer and in-turn we managed to secure the property drastically below market value.  PMC Property Management will be managing the property on behalf of the client.
