Whilst in the process of completing due diligence on that property, we inspected this home off market on the Saturday morning which we felt was more suitable to him. We were able to arrange a private inspection for them a couple of hours later and got them in a position to purchase the property unconditionally within a few hours. We successfully secured the property late on Saturday evening at a price that represented exceptional value.
