A Successful Investment:
The clients brief was to purchase a low maintenance, set and forget style investment to form part of their self managed super fund. We managed to source a home that has been fully renovated 12 months earlier which meant it would be low maintenance and set and forget. There wasn’t any issues with the building and pest inspection and we managed to secure a tenant fairly soon after settlement. The client flew up at settlement to inspect the property and was really impressed with the area and what the property offered.
