We managed to secure this property pre-auction which was an excellent result as these types of properties do not come up often where you can easily rent the property out for a number of years with little capital expenditure needed and also have the benefit of being able to develop further down the track.
The contract process (building and pest, finance) went very smooth and we managed to secure a tenant at a 4.4% gross yield who moved in 1 week after settlement which meant our client had a very small vacancy period.
