A Successful Investment:

This was our clients second purchase through PMC with the focus of the brief being on the property being a solid long term performer on the rental market as well as growth wise. We managed to negotiate $2,000 off the purchase price post building and pest inspection to rectify an issue with the pool pump. The pool itself had been recently refurbished. We managed to secure this property in the middle of the Christmas season and used strong contract conditions to secure the property under where we assessed the market value to be due to the sellers wanting to move on in the following year.
