A Successful Investment:

This was our client’s second purchase through PMC Property Buyers with the main focus of this purchase being around low maintenance and strong cash flow.

The property we secured backed onto a council owned park and is within 5 minutes walking distance to the new Kippa Ring Train Station which on completion will connect directly into the Brisbane CBD in around 50 minutes.

We managed to secure this property under our client’s budget and it came with a long term good quality tenant in place until 2017.  We also managed to secure a 5.0%+ gross return which exceeded the client’s expectations.  Being that the property was built in 2000 it ticked all the boxes in terms of it being low maintenance and due to it having quite a bit of depreciation left, it meant this investment was cash flow positive.
